Do you ship to my country?

Complex currently ships to the USA, Canada, and the United Kingdom. If you live outside of these areas, please stay tuned as we hope to expand shipping capabilities very soon!

Unfortunately at this time we do not ship to PO Boxes.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates vary based on the fulfillment partner for individual products. 

Shipping costs are non­-refundable. Depending on the fulfillment partner, customers may be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs when returning their item. 

Do I have to pay taxes, customs and/or duties?

Customers are responsible for any customs and/or duties fees that may be required upon delivery. 

If an international order is refused at delivery, it will be abandoned. Complex SHOP is not responsible for the package once it has been refused.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic: 3-5 business days

Within North America: 3-5 business days

International: 5-7 business days

Delivery services are open Monday - Friday. Certain exceptions may occur depending on the location of our merchant partner fulfilling your order.

Will all of my items arrive at the same time?

Due to the possibility of items being sold by different merchants, it is likely that your products will arrive at different times. We will do our best to package multiple products from the same merchant in the same delivery.

Can I track my order?

Your tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped. You can check the status of your order by clicking the tracking button in the shipping confirmation email. 

We encourage you to sign up for tracking updates through the shipping courier.

Please do not email or call the merchant for any shipping updates. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email support@complex.com.

Do I have to be home to receive my package?

On occasion, a recipient must be present to receive a shipment. If the shipment cannot be delivered a card will be left and the courier will attempt to re-deliver the following working day. You may check the status of your order through your tracking number to receive delivery updates.

If a delivery is unsuccessful after the second attempt, a card will be left and the parcel returned to the depot where collection or re-delivery can be arranged. Should this fail the parcel will be returned to the merchant and we will contact you directly.
